VectorVMS, a former PeopleFluent division, launches as a new LTG brand

New brand to meet growing needs of clients by leveraging the division’s past success and new offerings under Learning Technologies Group.

VectorVMS, a leading provider of vendor management solutions (VMS), today announced its launch as a new brand identity. Formerly a division of leading Integrated Talent Management business, PeopleFluent, VectorVMS becomes the latest addition to Learning Technologies Group’s (LTG) portfolio of brands. On announcement of the launch, the company unveiled a new website,

Drawing on 20 years of experience, VectorVMS addresses the complexities organisations face to find, engage and manage contingent workforces. The VectorVMS platform automates the entire process of procuring and managing contingent labor, from requisition to invoice and payment – allowing organisations to control costs, maintain compliance, and drive quality and efficiency throughout the contingent labor lifecycle.

“As the labour market gets tighter and finding quality talent becomes more challenging, the need to efficiently find, source and manage non-employee labour becomes greater,” said Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive of Learning Technologies Group (LTG). “Our decision to establish VectorVMS as its own brand underscores our commitment to build on the division’s past success while providing the vision and resources to enhance their offerings to meet the growing contingent and non-employee labour needs worldwide.”

Marc Husain will lead the new VectorVMS brand as Acting Managing Director and Vice President of Sales. “I’m excited and honoured to lead VectorVMS into its next phase,” Husain said. “As part of the LTG portfolio, we will be able to leverage their resources and focus on growing needs and changes in the way our current and future clients and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners manage contingent labour.”

Although operating under a new name, VectorVMS’ commitment to its clients and partners remains the same. Collaboration with PeopleFluent will continue, with LTG committed to offering a total talent solution between the VectorVMS platform and other PeopleFluent products.
